Cityscape Global has previously been known as a launch pad for ambitious real estate projects and this year, it is still keeping up with standards.
The show will start on Tuesday (tomorrow) and would last for 3 days (Tuesday inclusive). It would be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre and below are 5 popping developments to look out for.
This project would be displayed by Bloom Properties (their new Jumeirah Village Circle project) and would centre on apartments for the affordable market. Offerings on the project was not given at the time when the project was written.
The Pulse and The Villages
This entails two projects; The World Expo 2020 and The 145 square city built around Al Maktoum International Airport. “new and incomparable model of urban living [that] celebrates nature and diverse populations”. Ahmad Al Ansari (acting CEO).
The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour
This skyscraper was designed by Spanish Swiss architect Santiago Calatrava Valls. It is the centre piece of a 6 square community. The aim of this project is to recreate the legendary Hanging Gadens of Babylon.
This entails a 500/1 scale model of the new FC Barcelona stadium and would be shown in the Middle East for the first time. The project is led by Nikken Sekkei (Japanese Architectural Firm).
This entails an area of 16,000 square feet and luxury homes based on an organic circular design. These homes are expected to sell for more the Dh40.2 million.
