According to the new Group CEO the Dubai Properties immediate objective will be to stabilize our portfolio. Dubai Properties is known to have the broadest portfolios (which includes Business Bay, Culture Village, Dubai land etc.) in the city.
Abdullah Lahej said in a statement that “This also allows for some flexibility in tapping into different categories. There are a lot of things in the pipeline… but streamlining them has to have priority”.
The Marasi Business Bay is one of the projects of Dubai Properties and the project is expected to create a trio of premium waterside right through the spine of the project. Phase one will be completed by late 2017.
A residential and hotel destination is currently coming along nicely and would be 200,000 square feet.
According to a senior official “This particular retail stock, part of the Dubai Wharf cluster within Culture Village, will go on the market in the first quarter of 2017”.
