Dubai’s Damac commences handover of Versace-designed at $300m Beirut tower

It has just been announced that Damac Properties (Dubai-based private developer) has completed work on a 28 storey tower in Beirut with over 183. Sources say that the handover has begun.

This project is worth about $300 million and consist of four bedroom units as well as a studio. All the units of the facility includes interiors designed Versace Home (a subsidiary of the Italian fashion brand) as well as a based in the upscale Solidere area of the Lebanese capital

“The completion of Damac Tower in Beirut is a major achievement for us. Not only does it mark our first project in Beirut, but it also represents a successful collaboration with one of the most renowned luxury brands that has brought the glamour and luxury of the Italian fashion house into interior design and home furnishings”, said Niall McLoughlin (Senior Vice President at Damac Properties).

“This bespoke project represents high-end luxury living and it was borne out of the demand for a top-end designer lifestyle to appeal to discerning clientele who seek detail. With the stunning interiors and spacious apartment units in such a sought-after location, we have raised the bar for exclusive homes in Beirut” added McLoughlin.

Seen on the Dubai and London stock exchanges is Damac’s portfolio. It includes projects in the Lebanon, Qatar, United Kingdom, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
